2025 Hebei Provincial High School Principal (Reserve Cadre) Qualification Training Program Held in Our University
Recently, the 45th and 46th sessions of the Hebei Provincial High School Principal (Reserve Cadre) Qualification Training Program, sponsored by the Department of Education of Hebei Province and undertaken by our university, were officially launched successively. Ren Xueyin, President of the Party School of Hebei Provincial Education Working Committee, Feng Baoqiang, Vice President of our university, Li Xiangjun, Director of the Training Department of the Party School of Hebei Provincial Education Working Committee, and Guo Xin, Director of the Office, attended the opening ceremony.
On behalf of the university, Feng Baoqiang extended a warm welcome to all participating trainees, introduced the university's development history and school-running characteristics, and put forward four sincere hopes for the trainees centering on the core objectives of this training, namely "forging the soul of politics, deepening the foundation of education, bravely undertaking the responsibility of reform, and cultivating the virtue of self-cultivation". Based on the core essence of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Ren Xueyin clearly put forward the key measures and practical paths for consolidating the achievements of compulsory education with high-quality development as the orientation. Li Xiangjun comprehensively interpreted the overall plan and echelon training system for the construction of high school principal teams in Hebei Province, and highly praised our university's refined management, professional curriculum design and high-quality service guarantee.
Our university has undertaken the Hebei Provincial High School Principal Qualification Training Program for four consecutive years. With solid organization and implementation and remarkable training effects, it has won high recognition from participating principals and Hebei Provincial Department of Education. As one of the key systematic projects to promote the high-quality development of basic education in Hebei Province, the program has effectively improved the leadership level of basic education administrators by deepening the university-local collaborative education mechanism and strengthening the professional construction of principal teams. In the process of project implementation, emphasis is laid on combining the innovation of educational management concepts with the improvement of practical capabilities, which provides strong support for optimizing the allocation of regional educational resources and promoting the balanced development of high-quality basic education, and lays a solid foundation for serving the overall situation of local economic and social development and cultivating high-quality talents.
Each training course lasts 12 days, centering on the theme of "Mission and Responsibility of High School Principals in the New Era and Improvement of School Governance Capacity". The training aim is to enhance the political responsibility and professional literacy of participating principals, enabling them to fully meet the requirements of the six dimensions of the high school principal qualification standards and possess the ability to be competent for the position of high school principal. More than 150 party secretaries and principals from all cities across the province participated in the training.
