Chen Liang welcomed Su Rui’s delegation and outlined vision for collaboration. On behalf of the university, Chen Liang extended a warm welcome to Su Rui and her delegation. He introduced the institution’s development journey, highlighting its origins in teacher education, its transformative growth, its distinctive strengths, and its current drive for excellence in a "second entrepreneurial phase." He also underscored the university’s achievements in adaptive, resource-driven, distinctive, and high-quality development in recent years. Chen Liang emphasized that the signing ceremony should serve as a springboard for deeper collaboration. He proposed a tripartite cooperation framework—"strong platform + new cradle + concentric circle"—centered on industrial needs, industry-education integration, and institutional safeguards: 1. Focusing on industrial demand to build a "Strong Platform" for collaborative innovation. The university’s intellectual resources will align precisely with the industrial needs of Xingtang County Economic Development Zone, accelerating the translation of research into practical applications, supporting enterprises in technological breakthroughs, and infusing "innovative momentum" into the county’s industrial chain upgrades. 2. Deepening industry-education integration to cultivate a "New Cradle" for applied talent joint "customized training" programs will be developed with zone enterprises, integrating educational, talent, and industrial chains to nurture highly skilled, locally rooted, and practically adept professionals for Xingtang’s high-quality development. 3. Strengthening institutional safeguards to draw a "Concentric Circle" of University-Local collaboration. The two sides will explore a multi-stakeholder model ("university + zone + enterprises") to create replicable, scalable cooperation experiences, setting a benchmark for industry-education integration in Shijiazhuang and Hebei Province.

Su Rui introduces Xingtang County’s development vision and highlights collaboration opportunities. Su Rui provided an overview of Xingtang County, detailing its historical heritage, resource advantages, and industrial development. She emphasized the county’s commitment to "pragmatic action, bold innovation, breakthrough growth, and outstanding achievements"as its guiding principle, along with its "open challenge" initiative to spur high-quality development. She noted that the signing marks a major milestone in deepening collaboration between Xingtang County and Shijiazhuang University, enabling in-depth, multi-channel resource sharing in areas such as: Industrial upgrading, Artificial Intelligence+ applications, Low-altitude economy, Talent cultivation, Employment and entrepreneurship. This partnership will bridge academic research and county-level economic growth, transforming the university’s talent advantages into a sustained developmental edge for Xingtang. Su Rui expressed hope for deep cooperation in industrial upgrading, technological innovation, and talent development, aiming to set a new benchmark for university-local collaboration.
