To continuously promote the employment work of the 2025 graduates and build a communication and exchange platform for graduates and employers, on the morning of April 15th, the “Spring Blossoms Start a New Journey, Career Leads to the Future” the Spring Campus Double Selection Fair for the 2025 graduates of our university was successfully held at the central square in front of the library in the South Campus. School leaders Chen Liang, Wang Yongqin, Ji Lihuai, Yao Zhenjun, Feng Baoqiang and Li Juan came to the scene, had in-depth exchanges with the representatives of the participating enterprises and the graduates, carefully understood the market dynamics and employment demands, and provided the graduates with valuable suggestions for their career planning. The leadership teams of each secondary college, the directors of professional teaching and research sections, the counselors of graduating classes, the employment contacts, and the 2025 graduates attended the job fair.

This job fair features six distinctive sections: on-site recruitment area, employment policy consultation area, conscription policy consultation area, AI mock interview experience area, resume clinic guidance service area, and recruitment area for cooperative counties and districts. It has attracted a total of 397 enterprises and institutions to participate, including 75 listed companies and industry leading enterprises, such as CSPC Pharmaceutical Holdings Group, Cangzhou Dahua Group, Great Wall Motor, Yili Dairy, and Jinmalang Food, and they have provided 13,006 job positions, covering 20 industries highly consistent with the university’s professional settings, such as education, information transmission, biomedicine, manufacturing, and culture and sports. This job fair has a large number of participating units and covers a wide range of industries. It is the largest one in recent years. According to preliminary statistics, by 12:00 on that day, nearly 5,000 people had entered the job search venue and 4,370 employment intentions had been reached.


The scene of the job fair was full of highlights. The Employment Center of the High-tech Zone, the Talent Exchange and Development Center of Chang’an District and other government departments were invited to the scene to interpret employment policies for graduates, providing policy consultation and career guidance. The strategic cooperation units of the university — the Organization Department of Zanhuang County and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zanhuang County — brought six local enterprises to the job fair. This not only promoted the talent introduction policies of Zanhuang County but also helped key employers select outstanding graduates. It not only broadened the employment channels but also enhanced the cooperation and communication between the university and the local area.
This job fair has established a full-chain career development platform integrating information sharing, policy interpretation and ability improvement, providing a solid guarantee for a large number of students to take root in the provincial capital and strive in Shijiazhuang. In the future, the university will focus on the main line of work of “continuously intensifying efforts to improve quality”, concentrate on the new demands of regional economic development, continuously promote the implementation of the “one chessboard” employment promotion action, precisely meet the diversified career development needs of graduates and the talent requirements for industrial upgrading, deepen the cooperation and exchanges between the university, local governments and enterprises, and fully promote the high-quality and full employment of the 2025 graduates.
