On April 22, the theoretical learning Center group of our University Party Committee held a study meeting to study the newly revised Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China. Party Secretary Chen Liang presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, Xing Hong, deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and director of the Office of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, based on the of the revision of the Regulations, focusing on the newly revised content, in the way of "old and new contrast" and "combination of learning and application", interpreted the disciplinary violation situation, management cycle, responsibility chain and other aspects, which deepened everyone's understanding and grasp of the Regulations.
Chen Liang pointed out that the newly revised Regulations on the Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China made the series of new ideas and new judgments tangible as disciplinary rules, which were proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping around the unique problems of the party, total improvement of the party system, and strengthening the party's disciplinary construction. It is the vivid practice of Xi's world view and methodology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era in the field of party discipline construction. It is a major achievement in the construction of the party's regulations and systems.
Chen Liang emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speeches and important instructions on party discipline learning and education, work hard to learn and implement the Regulations, effectively enhance discipline awareness, enhance party spirit, and promote the entrepreneurial entrepreneurship. Firstly it is to take the study of the Regulations as an important political task, adhere to the original principles and practical requirements of the Regulations. Secondly it is to take the implementation of the Regulations as a strong guidance to promote school work practice, adhere to the problem-oriented direction, achieve deep and accurate understanding, integration, and focus on preventing and cracking the risks and hidden troubles which affected the school development. Thirdly it is to adhere to the study of our leading body, taking the lead in learning, learning earlier and deeper, through the top examples, the strict supervision,the actual direction , and the practical pursuits of effects, carrying out the education and guidance to all party members to learn, understand, master and obey the disciplines, promoting the solid and orderly advancement of party disciplines’ learning, to provide a strong guarantee for helping our university 's "1396" development strategy to achieve new breakthroughs.
