In order to solidly promote the employment work of the college in 2024 and improve the quality of employment, on April 22, Vice President Li Juan led members of the Future Information Technology College team and relevant professional teachers to Hegang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the "Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Jobs" special activity to promote employment.
At the symposium, Li Juan introduced the basic situation, development process, talent cultivation, and educational characteristics of the school, with a focus on the "1396" development strategy and a detailed interpretation of the "Digital Intelligence Campus" construction scenario. She emphasized the need to combine the requirements of enterprise iteration and upgrading for talent's professional competence and comprehensive ability, continuously optimize talent training plans, and explore the construction of new models of school enterprise cooperation in education. She expressed the hope that both schools and enterprises can deepen cooperation in areas such as scientific research project construction, scientific and technological achievement transformation and application, talent internship and employment, and disciplinary and professional construction, achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, and jointly build a "comprehensive, deep level, and multi form" model of school enterprise cooperation.
