On April 22, with the strong support of the Shijiazhuang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the first three “Smart Recruitment Cabins” in Hebei Province were simultaneously launched and put into use at both the north and south campuses of our school. Our school is the first pilot university to put them into use in Hebei Province.
These cabins are respectively located in the north side of the Service Center Hall in the south campus and the east side of the north gate of the library in the north campus. The introduction of this innovative equipment will provide a more intelligent and convenient platform for our graduates to seek employment, marking a new “digital” stage in our school’s employment service work.
The “Smart Recruitment Cabin” is an intelligent recruitment platform that integrates multiple functions such as job information release, precise matching, intelligent recommendation, and interview invitations. Through advanced technological means, it consolidates various stages of job seeking and recruitment, achieving real-time updates and precise delivery of recruitment information.
Inside the “Smart Recruitment Cabin,” graduates can browse the city’s latest job postings on touch screens. The system intelligently and precisely recommends suitable positions based on the graduates’ majors and job preferences, greatly enhancing job search efficiency. Additionally, the “Smart Recruitment Cabin” is equipped with a remote interview system, allowing graduates to conduct remote interviews directly within the cabin. The platform provides graduates with an independent, quiet, and secure online video interview environment, enabling them to participate in interviews in a comfortable and private setting, free from external distractions, thus further optimizing the remote job search and interview experience for graduates.
Next, the Student Affairs Department will continue to pay attention to the employment needs of graduates, constantly optimize the functions and services of the “Smart Recruitment Cabin”, strive to make it an important job search window for our university and even graduates in Shijiazhuang City and Hebei Province, and continue to promote high-quality employment for graduates.
